Comcast Are At It Again!

Yesterday I wrote a blog post about how UPC Ireland had really good customer service for a cable company, I mentioned how Comcast did not. If you havn't heard the stories going around on social media you will be shocked to hear that Comcast  kept a customer on hold for so long that they closed up the office and went home. Great article by Maya Kosoff seen on BusinessInsider about what had happened to Aaron Spain.

He was transferred to Comcast's retention department, where he said he waited on hold for three hours until a recording let him know that Comcast had closed for the day.

Comcast has come under severe scrutiny of late and don't seem to be doing themselves any favors. Surely they have the worst customer service in the world, or are there any success stories out there ?
